PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

l      People with special educational needs are considered to be those who have considerable difficulty in learning and adapting due to body, mental, psychological, emotional and social deficiencies.                                 

To those people are included those who have:

l      Mental deficiency or immaturity

l      Especially serious problems of sight (blind people) or hearing problems (deaf people or people with defective hearing).

l      Serious neurological or orthopedic defects or health problems.

l      Problems of speech.

l      Special difficulties in learning like dyslexia.

 l      Complex learning, emotional and social difficulties as well as those who are autistic (children).
